We are committed to building a truly diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects the richness of our society and the ethnic make-up of the UK student population. At STAGS, we believe that representation matters - not only in our classrooms but also amongst our staff and leadership. A diverse team brings a wealth of perspectives, experiences, and ideas that strengthen our school community and enhance the learning experience for all students.

People of colour are currently under-represented on our staff team and governing board, and we are actively working to change this. We are keen to attract applications from a diverse pool of candidates and determined to be a fully inclusive employer, and a great workplace for people of Black, Asian and ethnic minority heritage as well as White heritage.

Equity is at the heart of our approach - we are committed to ensuring that every member of our team has access to the same opportunities for professional growth, career progression, and leadership. We celebrate diversity, challenge discrimination, and continuously strive to be a fully inclusive employer and a welcoming, inspiring place to work.
